It will fit but if you do any hard riding (lots of lean) then the chain will eat away at sidewall-especially when chain becomes looser). If you ride srt8-up all the time and always maintain a near taut chain you could do it but then also there´s no benifitt to wider tire except looks (which most people will never recognize). If you are not removing the chicken strips on your tires there is no reason whatsoever for the change, and if you are removing them then if your upgrading size(width) then also get a new swingarm that will accomadate the size with ease, then you can also go to the 6\
