Oil Leak

I have a 1995 Kawasaki Vulcan and I am using some oil. I just cleaned all the extra road grime and oil coating off the bottom of the bike. I let the bike warm up and then leveled it on the kick stand. I noticed that there was a small amount of oil leaking from around the oil level window. It also looks like someone tried to put jb weld or some equivalent around the window. Is there a gasket that can be replaced around that window? Thanks!
