Bought this bike for $5900 in 2001 to replace an old Harley. A 70yr old man had owned it but his riding buddy died. Approx. 7000mi., hardley broke in. I broke it in thats for sure. Added a stage 2 carb kit and after market pipes. The 4speed makes it a pretty quick cruiser. I also enjoyed riding 90 on the highway. Any faster seemed to get a bit unstable. Really needed lowered and forward controls to finish the touches. Would never get the money back out of it though. Very dependable, that´s why I bought it. Proved itself to me. It will never have the sound of a Harley though.
