workin´ on my 96L it uses the same stock jets. I removed stock air boxes completely and installed UNI pod filters. i´m runnin cobra open pipes also. already had jetted to cobra stage two,the bike ran great until i went to the pod system, now it´s way rich. so i´m going back to stock jetting. had to do the same thing to a 1500 classic when i installed a hypercharger. i do reccomend the cobra jet kit,it not only has 3 sets of main jets also has needle jets and everything else you need. in case your wonderin´ i work for the local kaw. dealer and do all the custom work.
