Hi, I´m just moving into middleweight biking after passing my tests and have been offered a ´92 ZZR600 with the optional ´specially shortened wheelbase by application of cager´, ie. bent front end, at a price to good to be true. A mate, who researched these things before buying his ZZR, said that the forks changed for the ´93 model, improving the handling. My question therefore is, can I fit later model forks to the older bike? Or, better yet, can I fit USD´s from a ZXR 750 c/w the 6-pot calipers? If this works, do I have to fit the ZXR wheel and disks, or can I just get the forks?
Hope someone can help... regards HC
