yes, this is the service indicator, is the ECU asking you for a service, you can easyli reset the message doing the following:
1) Open the throttle at full
2) Put the ignition key on, holding the throttle full open
3) Wait to the FI light lites on 1 time
4) Release the throttle and put off the ignition key
