Need a bit of help

I am having a problem. My reverse gas gauge and coolant gauges went out I think it is a fuse.
I check the manuel it said check fuse 5A it was good then it said check fuse 65B under seat now the problem starts. Were is the fuse at under the seat?? what does it look like I see a box that looks like fuses but I can not get to it can anybody help thanks.
