1973 Yamaha DT 125 carb problem

1973 Yamaha DT 125 carb problem

Bike idles fine but bogs out when you crank the throttle. Throttles good when the choke is out while riding down the road. Bike has sat a lot over the years, only 4000 miles. Cleaned carb out, put in fresh gas, no change. Any suggestions?
