i dont agree with the manual cam chain tensioner...if you over tighten (which is very easy to do) it can stretch or worse break your cam chain which is a lot more expensive to replace than a thirty dollar automatic tensioner. next time you go in have those guys explain exactly what they did to replace it. its a very easy self install if you get an automatic adjust tensioner and they will last you at least a couple years. something like two bolts and a gasket. really very easy.
