What´s with HD´s tempermental fuel gauges. I´ve had my 05 deuce to the hd techs 3x now for a fuel gauge that always sticks on full when I fill the tank. I don´t overfill it. Hd has replaced the sending unit & gauge to no avail. Yes, I know I can use the trip odometer to gauge fuel quantity but its the principle of the thing. Sometimes it takes one or two miles of riding before the gauge registers the current fuel reading. Is it poor design or did I just get a fuel gauge lemon? Anyone else have this problem.
