i have a motorcycle cop in my small town who is out to get harley riders. my son was ticketed for the thunder header pipes not wearing a dot approved helmet and the kicker no reflecter on rear of bike. my 04 when stock never had any type of rear refecter. this is in petaluma california. is there a new law i never heard of?
