OK so I recently got myself a yamaha DS7 from 1972. The bike is in pristine shape for its age and I have a new battery for it. The electrical system works, %!¤ seems to be alright with it...but it WILL NOT START! Now keep in mind I´ve never had a motorcycle before so I don´t know if I´m doing something wrong or what, but the damn thing will not start. It turns over and has plenty of pressure...just won´t get going. Points are fairly new so I don´t think that´s the issue. Spark plugs shouldn´t be an issue either and everything else looks fine, there´s a little gas in the tank. Could it be that the oil mixture is too low for it to fire? If anyone could help I´d really appreciate it!
