I purchased my lowers from Harley dealer in Salt Lke city UT Over 20 Years ago, as part of a rebuild done by their dealership after the bike went down w/ a bad rear tire at high speed, they were part of the insurance settlement. The bike has undergone 2 complete rebuilds since then. The lower fairings have a tendancy to crack at the top corners and bottom connection points from vibration of the engine, you might be able to find a cop shop w/ some or who might know of where they could be located, but the bike is considered an antique now. Sorry i can´t be of more help,
