bike wont turn over / batery,starter,solenoid ok

Cb 450 turn key to on position nothing lights up and engine does not turn over. No sound. Jump solenoid bike starts but bogs.installed new solenoid same results??. When the bike is running if I push the start button light dim and the starter does not in gauge.
