There´s 2 places to adjust clutch cable: At handle, and at engine, try loosening cable almost full at handle, and adjust at engine first, then at the handle. Beware though, you´ll see a distinkt mark on the cap or on the transmission block, Somewhere in the vicinity of the arm, that the clutch cable pulls. That mark is the "Zero" mark for clutchadjusting, so adjust the clutch so, that the arm is right over the mark, if it doesn´t work tighten the cable just a bit, and keep on doing so, until it works properly.
Though your problem does NOT solve mine, so please post yo ur question alone, and not as an answer to my question, cause it really ain´t !!
