No start, Fuse keeps popping

No start, Fuse keeps popping

Just recently bought a 1971 Honda CD175 and am having trouble with the fuse popping every time the key is turned to the on position. I am fairly confident that it is a short, but am looking for a second opinion or for somwhere to start.
