Hello Herry, where do you live? I´m in Jakarta, Indonesia. I have two ´73 CB175. I usually get parts at Kumala Motor, Sawah Besar. They still got some left-over parts. last time I shop for my CB was for cam-shaft (Ind: noken as), cam-chain, piston set, top gasket set, oil seals. They have the coil, but not OEM, so I didn´t buy. They also got the spark advancer unit, but the price was so high that I decided just to grind my old advancer to balance.

I noticed that out of Indonesia they got a lot of parts for the CB. Anyway, the cost of shipping and bank transfers charges were outrageous-ly high.
