original engine finishes 1970 A65L

Anyone know of a guide to what the original engine finishes were as in was the block and rocker cover painted silver or raw aluminum What was the black on the jugs stove paint ? was it crinkle finish or smooth. were the outer covers polished to a high degree as seen on most bikes or painted. any help will be most appreciate. Thanks
