I have owner my metralla since new and quality control was certainly an issue as were the lights, if Joseph Lucas was the Prince of Darkness then Bultaco was his father. Handling superb, performance outstanding. I sold my T500 Suzuki to get mine and it was certainly faster, handled better and stopped better. I am currently getting my metralla back on the road, I last rode it in 2001. I am replacing the crankshaft seals and engine gaskets before I fire her up.
