What does FLH stand for???? If you find out let the world know!!! The reason and rationale for the model numbers assigned to HD´s are the most soughtmystery in the HD world. Hopefully someone a HD wrote the meaning behind the models down along the way....but us regualr folks have tried to figure this one out for a while. The FL - has been around for years....its the code for Big Twin, just like the XL....means Sportster....those are standard! The H...in FLH .......Some feel it stands for F**&%^ Large Harey which is as likely as the CH in XLCH of my old 1967 magneto kicker-only meaning Charlie Horse! Ride Free motor_dog |
