I have a 250 samurai 2 cylinder 1970 it was laid up for years. I got it out cleaned the carbs and kicked it a couple of times it started up. I have to keep pulling the choke on to keep it running I cleaned the carbs again and the same thing. When I pull the choke on the engine automatically red lines the sliders in the carbs are not opened up I looked at the rotary disc and they look good. 120 pd compression on both cylinders when the engine is running I get lots of oil dripping from the exhaust pipes next to the cylinder head. Could it be a crank seal. And is this a hard rebuild. Where can I get parts. Please help.
