I purchased one of these motorcycles in 1971 and it was also fast. I remember passing a GTO on the freeway as he was going over 100 mph and he looked over and saw me and almost drove off of the raod in surprise. I passed him and pulled away from him. His eyes were wide open in shock when I looked back. I sold this bike and purchased a Kawasaki 500 3 cylinder which accelerated faster.
