I am looking at buying a T20 from a local impound yard. The body and frame are in great condition, but the motor has seized. I´m not sure what year it is, but pictures indicate that it could be a 1965 Hustler. Where would I find the VIN on the bike to submit for a title? Are they really worth the effort to get running again?
