When my wife and i get to hanoi in June 2010 my wife wants to get a 2008-2009 50cc 4 stroke scooter we know she wont need a drivers license for a 50cc scooter but will we need to put license plate on it?
One more thing is it unrealistic for me to drive a 125cc two stroke Minsk 13 in town as a daily driver?
