Where does this bit go?

Hi. I am a learner rider and the proud owner of a 2005 CG 125. This is my first learner motorcycle. Someone tipped my bike last night. Fortunately it was undamaged however I have noticed that there is a rubber tube now hanging down just behind the centre stand that I had not noticed before. There is a metal wire consruct holding it in place , however the end of the tube looks as though it should connect somewhere more tidily than simply hanging down. The tube connects to a small part of the engine above and to the rear of the main block.
Does anyone know what I am talking about? Is this something to worry about? Where does the other end of the tube go? Please advise.
