Need help can´t go faster than 100 mph on my Deuce

I am having a problem with my 2000 Harley Davidson deuce, the problem happens when I try to take my motorcycle past 100 mph. It´s like it has a governor and backs the speed down. Could really use some help with this as it has me scratching my head.
