I am new to Harleys and am considering the purchase of a 2004 1200C Sportster. I have my eye on one that has been garage-kept, but the chrome on the rear wheel is blowing off. Is this common or it is something I should shy away from. The rest of the chrome on the bike looks okay, but isn´t as
