The models change every two years. ´98 and ´99 are the same, 2000 and ´01, ´02 and ´03, etc. Between the ´98-´99 and 2000-´01 bikes, there were over two hundred changes. It is doubtful that you will find many parts that will interchange between the sets. If someone says that they have parts that jump the two year mark, be careful. Sprockets and Misc. maybe the same, but that´s about it.
