When i turn wheel on one side i can´t turn key from OFF to LOCK position on my keeway flash. And the battery is really bad. I´ve bought another, new one, and I can turn it on only by foot handle. And the problem is cause battery is so weak I can´t lock it by that built in alarm system and can´t lock it by turning key to lock position! Help me!
