Bike too small for me?

Hey folks, I´m about 6´4", and LOVE the look of the fazer, and a friend of mine has one, and loves it. Yeah, he´s about 3K miles away from me though, so before I seriously look to buy...I was wondering if this bike might actually be too small for me?
