It´s a *heavy* bike. Hard work round town, but you become accustomed to it. On the open road the weight disappears.

As others have said, details on the specs page are wrong. It´s 4 valves per cylinder. See other comments for other corrections.

Brakes are excellent. Uprated from the older Sprint models, and taken from the Daytona/Speed Triple, along with the exhausts. I´ve never noticed any fade as the pads/disks get hotter - they *always* bite *hard*.

Does 40-50mpg, depending on the enthusiasm with which it´s ridden.

Takes a pillion without a glitch, although the rearwards weight only adds to the already top heavy nature of the machine.

Side panniers would be recommended for luggage, as they should even out the weight distribution somewhat. I have a top box, which when fully laden, makes for interesting handling. I´ve never dared take a pillion *and* luggage. :(

It´s been reasonably reliable, through all year round, daily usage. A few minor electrical issues give me reason to refrain from calling it very reliable, but they only crept in when I was forced to park it on the street overnight during autumn/winter.

It´s relatively easy to work on, although the bodywork at front and rear comes off as a single piece, despite the appearance of being separate items. This is a pain, but not the end of the world.

The ´sport´ model is well worth the extra cost over the an older Sprint, because of the brakes. The older models have a (relatively) poor set up, which doesn´t inspire any confidence at all.

HTH. :)
