| Less than 1 year ago, I purchased a used 1998 Triumph Sprint Executive. I love the bike especially (side saddlebags). My question is, I´ve been having performance problems with the bike...meaning upon starting the bike and allowing it to warm up for about 5 - 10 minutes it backfires and sometimes performs sluggishly for about 5 minutes into the ride. Is this common, or I am not doing something that I should be doing? Less than 6 months ago, I had the oil changed, gas tank lined and a decent tune-up done on the bike. I am at a lost here! |
