This bike will do it, but are you looking for something with power? This is a fun bike but it struggles around eighty MPH. It will probably struggle even more at a high altitude due to it being carberated and not fuel injected which conpensates for altitude. These bikes only have 46 HP, they really need 80 in my opinion. BMW makes a good duel purpose bike, a about 1200 cc with 100 HP. But then you get what you par for. It´s almost twice the price of a scrambler. Good luck with what ever you buy. Even though it´s underpowered, I still like my scrambler.
