Hey D, I´m looking at buying a used 1997 TL1000S (or is it R.. the v-twin ´suzuki blue and white superbike´). Anyway I love the look of the bike and I´ve driven a buel race bike and love the torque around the turns but i´m worried about maintenance with the bike. I´ve heard about a lot of problems with it and big vtwin sport bikes are known for shaking and torqueing themselves to bits. Is this true? Have you had good experience with maintaining the bike? So.. pretty much what I´m asking, is it reliable? |
