Question on electrical??? Help

I own an 02 marauder and I brought it to a bike shop to fix a charging problem with it. After 1 1/2 weeks they can´t find the problem. They have checked all of the components piece by piece and everthing checks as working right . Yet still no charge back to the battery.???? If I can´t figure this out I"ll miis Laconia please help!!!
