Mate, these little bikes are the best, just keep em outa the rain, they rust!,,i use an oily rag on all the chrome during the winter, kept it in real good condition over the yrs. the only thing you need from the workshop manual is the tappet clearance,,go for a long drive, get it really hot, have yer tools ready, whip the tank off and the tappet covers 10mm spanner, and set the inlet to 6 thou, and the exhaust to 8thou,,DONE, all the rest is commonsense, NEVER OVERTIGHTEN BOLTS. I`ve done 65,000km on mine, change the oil every 1000k and its as quiet as, keep chain well oiled, and thats it, Great bikes, and i laugh at all the Harley and big bike owners who scoff at the size of the TU250, 1/2 of those who own those big bikes would never be able to pick them up if they fell. BE SAFE not an IDIOT |
