Thinking of Buying a Topline Khaos

Thinking of Buying a Topline Khaos

My neighbor has a Topline Khaos for sale. It has been sitting for a couple of months and the battery is dead. It has also leaked a quarter size pool of oil. Hoping some one can tell me how hard they are to maintain and are parts easy to get.
