Fuel coming out of breather line

Kymco agility 50- scooter idles fine, but as you start to give it fuel, the breather from the valve cover begins to shoot out fuel at a pretty rampant pace. I’ve replace the valve at the botto
Of the gas tank and installed a new carburetor thinking that I had a bad fuel valve or the carburetor was dumping too much fuel. Unfortunately neither of those seem to be the issue. Can still start it and idle but fuel comes out of that breather line to air filter. Any thoughts?
