I live in Massachusetts and just purchased a 1971 built from frame up Honda SL70 KO. The bike is awesome. I can´t seem to get it registered because it doesn´t have a title and the registry won´t accept my bill of sale. Wants the bill of Sale from previous owner although there is no real previous owner. It was built from scratch. Any advice?
