I WOULD THINK YOU NEED A 250CC ENGINE AND NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ALL THAT YOU PLAN TO DO. IT SEEMS WAY TOO MUCH TROUBLE TO GO THROUGH TO INCREASE TOURQUE OF HP. GO FOR THE BIGGER ENGINE
