I have also been looking into this scooter & trying (unsuccessfully) to find feedback from owners. Price seem rather high in Seattle (3995.00). Also concerned about quality of build, especially how well the plastic windshield would hold up under the wiper. The velux appears to be a back enginerred copy of a Itialian scooter (name escapes me now). There are copies of this turning up all over. CHeck this one out for 2995.00. http://www.scootersbythebay.com/Models/150CC.asp
