No spark 50cc velocity w/new spark plug and ignition wire

I replaced the ignition coil, spark plug, and recharged the battery. I´m not getting any spark and only a few lights up front are working. How can I solve this problem? Please reply to badkidonacid@gmail.com. Thanks.
