I have an Diamo 50cc Velocity Scooter that is having some kick-start issue. I have removed the covers and am trying to locate where is the engine oil filler tube/dipstick is located. The oil light is coming on and after is has been running for a certain amount of time, the scooter dies and will not restart. I am familiar with auto repair and the dipstick (if there is one) is not visible to me. Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated!
