93 Harley-Davidson 1340 Heritage Softail Classic

My front left blinker light is illuminated but doesn´t blink. In addition, the blinker notification light on the dash under the speedometer also stays illuminated. The left rear doesn´t illuminate at all. Has anyone had the same issue? And if so, what was the problem?
