1987 Custom soft tail. Have high speed vibration in handle bars. More than I am used to. Back off to about 65 and managable. 70 much worse. Like something ready to fall off. Drop a gear to compare and stil the same. Front end is Arlen Ness with twisted spokes. Just had new tires and wheels trued. Could the wheels be out of balance?
