alrite, i have a 1999 derbi senda. its been de-restricted and has had a new metrakit exhaust and a k&n type filter installed. it still only hits around 60mph!! this seems too slow. can someone tell me whats wrong or if nothing is, then how i can improve the performance so i can hit at least somewhere near 70mph!! i ned halp bad. thanks. jake
