Hello.I covered 7500miles on mine with some real hard riding on proper roads including attending two of the California cornering course, with off road riding in the mountains and my clutch is still got lots of life left on them.Oil consumption no problems.The weather here warms up to almost 117F.I own a Harley Ultra and you can´t compare them.Two different souls.Get it checked along with your riding habbits.May help.
