Looking for help with my yamaha ys 125

Was out on a ride the other day and the gear shaft was stiff getting stuck and not going in to gear properly

(Would knock it up for 3rd but them would have to tap the shaft back down a little to be able to then knock it up and continue to gear 4/5)

Gone to give the bike a clean today and the bike was doing the same thing but now will not go past gear 2 so I took off the shaft and the leaver giver the shaft cleaning and lubricated which solved the problem off being stiff and it now goes through gears 1,n2 smooth with no problem but still refuses to go into 3rd makes noise like its just hitting something and bouncing back.

Any help appriciated this is my first bike it only has 4000 on clock

(First bike so still learning)
