Dear Team

I want to transfer my Hero Honda Bike purchased in 2009 to kolkata. I went to RTO to inquire the same. They inform that I can transfer the bike only if the bike meets the BS 4 standards. As far as I know it is applicable only to cars. I searched net but could not get much info about the BS stands for my bike. Does anyone knows this or could someone have faced any issues while transferring the bike from one state to another
