I´m considering buying the same model (´80 KZ1000ST) here in Colo.. I read an on-line specification which said 3800rpm @ 60mph!! %&#!¤!!
Is it that high? I´ve had a few 1970´s Japanese fours, a couple of 1970s BMW airheads and most recently a 2003 H-D Sportster 1200S which only turns around 2800rpm @ 60mph!! Is Harley the only mfgr. which makes low revving bikes? And I don´t want a Japanese V-Twin Harley Wannabee..They´re too good for that.
